Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

PatriciaVideo AI respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your PatriciaVideo AI account and any personal information we hold about you, including data obtained through your connected Facebook and Instagram accounts.

What Data We Store from Facebook and Instagram

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to PatriciaVideo AI, we store:

• OAuth access tokens used to publish content on your behalf
• Your Facebook Page or Instagram profile ID, name, and profile picture
• Metadata about posts scheduled or published through the platform

We do not store your Facebook or Instagram passwords.

Option 1: Disconnect a Social Account (Immediate)

To immediately revoke PatriciaVideo AI's access to a specific Facebook or Instagram account without deleting your PatriciaVideo AI account:

1. Sign in to PatriciaVideo AI at https://patriciavideoai.com/login.
2. Open Connections from the sidebar.
3. Click Disconnect next to the Facebook or Instagram account.

This immediately revokes our stored access token and stops any further publishing. You can also revoke PatriciaVideo AI at any time from your Facebook account: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

Option 2: Delete Your PatriciaVideo AI Account and All Data

To permanently delete your PatriciaVideo AI account together with all associated data (profile, connected social accounts, generated videos, scheduled posts, and publishing history):

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings and use the Delete Account option, or
3. Email us at support@patriciavideoai.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include your account email in the message. We will verify the request, delete your account and personal data (including any Facebook and Instagram data we stored), and confirm completion by email within 30 days.

Facebook / Instagram Data-Deletion Callback

If you remove PatriciaVideo AI from your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta notifies us via a data-deletion callback. Upon receiving this notification, we automatically delete the OAuth tokens and platform-specific data for that connection.
