You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

4. Connected Social Accounts & Publishing

To utilize the scheduling and automated publishing features, you must link your social media accounts to the Service via official OAuth authorization processes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to authorize PatriciaVideo AI to publish video content, captions, and tags to your connected accounts.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social media platforms (such as account suspensions, shadows bans, or deletion of content) resulting from your use of automated publishing tools. You are solely responsible for complying with the developer policies and community guidelines of each respective social network.

5. Content & Prohibited Conduct

You retain ownership of any prompts, styles, custom media, and titles you submit to generate video campaigns. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and format your inputs solely to provide and improve the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any other code designed to interrupt or damage software/hardware.
• Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, spam, or misleading promotional campaigns.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Trials

Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription-fee basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle.

We may offer a free trial of our subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, unless canceled beforehand, the trial will automatically transition into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or specified otherwise in writing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings dashboard.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PATRICIAVIDEO AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of PatriciaVideo AI reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
